Maintenance is on time every time

I couldn’t be more pleased on how efficient the office was on replacing my dishwasher. Also, Miguel did a wonderful job on fixing my wall. Very attentive. I am extremely pleased. Thank you to everyone to Briarcliff.

Always a pleasant experience when i need to call Briarcliff office to put in a maintenance request. It is ALWAYS very friendly, timely manner experience! The new management is kind, caring and so helpful ! The two young gals in the office are a plus to your company! And of course Miguel , well, he’s one of a kind!

It was a wonderful and seamless experience. I submitted a form online and was contacted by phone immediately. The work on all the sinks was completed. One part needed to be ordered which arrived in no time. The office contacted me on when the best to time to install the part. It was a great interaction with the office staff and the maintenance personnel. Very happy with the work that was done. Thank you to everyone involved!

Every time I’ve had an issue the maintenance staff has been prompt, courteous, and efficient.

Maintenance was timely. I think the leak is fixed hut, humidifier is still in bathroom. The dryer is still not drying well.

Sarah Darnell & the staff at Briarcliff Villas have been wonderful!! Due to unforseen circumstances occurring during our moving process my husband & I found ourselves in a bit of a time crunch finding a place. We chose Briarcliff Villas over the other places we checked into for a few reasons. The 3 bedroom apartment was very nice, spacious, with so much natural light in all the rooms, brand new plush carpets, new appliances, & has it's own patio size balcony. The way the whole complex, grounds, pool volleyball & tennis courts are set up & maintained makes it a Beautiful neighborhood to live in. The application process was pretty easy in which Sarah & staff were extremely friendly & helpful with, along with the moving in process. After touring the apartment & the grounds we were amazed hearing how reasonable the monthly rent was. Very Happy to now be a part of the Briarcliff Villas Community!!! Thank You Sarah!!!
